We here at AXON RP are very female and lgbtq+ friendly. What this means is we offer protections that are unique to us and you wont find in most cities, we have a lower tolerance and higher punishment system for any type of sexism and transphobia. We can not prevent things from happening, but we can take appropriate action when it does happen and have your back in harmful situations. We do try to operate on an educate first policy, because many people are used toFiveM toxicity and we do feel people can learn and grow, but that depends on the severity of the offense and have no problem flighting people who do not belong inAxon RP.
We also have two roles you can claim here atAxon that you might want to know about. The first is ourGODDESS ROLE which is given to cisgender females and transgender females and includes access to an exclusive chat and voice channel, as well as free prio. The second role we have available is ourVALID ROLE for loyal core members of our community who have been part of the server for over a month with more than 7 days worth of play time and includes access to exclusive chats, voice channels, as well as polls and suggestions channels.

You must be wearing clothing in public. Nudity is not allowed outside of clothing stores, private residences and vanilla unicorn. Wearing of full face masks and face paint are not allowed casually or regularly. Occasional use requires a valid rp reason related to illegal activity or something else that fits the use.
WHITELISTED CLOTHING is clothing that people pay to put in the city or are associated with whitelisted jobs. You are not allowed to wear that clothing unless you paid for the item, were given permission by the person, are in the gang or are part of the whitelisted job. Whitelisted clothing is typically at the back of the pack and includes the following;
FAIL RP
Purposely destroying rp is not allowed. Examples of this are the following;
NITRP
No intention to rp. We are a semi serious server with a big focus on rp interaction. If you plan to play this server you must rp. Nitrp also includes refusing to interact with those attempting to rp around you and with you.
COMBAT LOGGING
Logging off after or during conflicts to avoid consequences is not allowed. This includes logging off to prevent getting robbed or searched or jailed by police. You will have your inventory cleared if you do so as well as receive a ban.
POWERGAMING
Running into or camping a greenzone to avoid RP situations is not allowed. The exploitation of certain scripts or things in game to give you the upperhand or simply just playing to win is also not allowed
IRL
Do not bring IRL into game. Saying in game will not protect you if you say something specifically and clearly about irl. However, referencing your mom is not automatically considered irl and we operate that any general mention of family references in game family. The reference to irl must be specific and clear. If you bring any irl information into game yourself it becomes irl and you can not turn around and try to push punishment for irl if you yourself brought that information into game.
EXPLOITING
Exploiting will lead you to different levels of bans within the city. This includes animation exploiting, exploiting out of th and fast farming, carrying or uncarrying while dead, using your phone or radio while dead, any exploits with drugs or our character system that allow you to make money quicker. No abusing emotes, for example playing dead on the ground during a shootout and popping up to kill someone.
NLR
We have a new life rule that lasts ten minutes and means you must forget everything, you cannot return to the place you died for ten minutes (this includes residences and places you work at) and you can not get revenge or hold a grudge from a past life situation unless the death is publicly posted on social media or you are reminded by someone who was PRESENT and lived. This only applies to if you respawn at the hospital and does not apply to if you are picked back up by EMS.
GREENZONES
You are not allowed to kill, sell drugs, initiate, kidnap someone in a greenzone or carry someone out of a greenzone. Greenzones include the following locations
RDM
RDM (random deathmatch) is killing anyone without initiation and is not allowed. See initiation section for more details to avoid RDM. If someone is shooting at you without initiation the best thing to do is to let yourself die and call admin. Revenge RDM is just as bad as regular RDM and will be punished equally or invalidate the sit.
VDM
VDM (vehicle deathmatch) intentionally and repeatedly running people over with a vehicle or repeatedly ramming into someone elses vehicle without initiation is not allowed. Also, shooting out of bulletproof cars is not allowed and this includes if your car has a bulletproof back window.
We are streamer friendly, but we have some recommendations and rules in place for that considering the adult elements inAxon RP. We recommend that streamers do not stream character creation, inside clothing stores or inside the vanilla unicorn. Additionally if you type /streamermode in the chat it will turn off the music around you to protect against copyright. There is also a streamer mode in the settings of the phone to blur all images. NSFW images are allowed on twitter on Axon, but not on Instagram.
Harassment is an offensive, repetitive, belittling, threatening, or otherwise unwelcome behavior directed at someone based on protected characteristics including race, religion, sex, gender identiy, sexuality, disabilities or speech impediment.
Note It is important to understand the difference between the allowed toxicity of gang rp/simply talking shit and actual harassment. If you are talking shit but then call harassment when the person says something back that is NOT harassment unless there is a line crossed with the above protected characteristics. We arent going to give out punishments just because you cant handle the heat, but we will act appropriately when we see fit.
When you need to report something in game make sure you have your clip and its posted then do /report in game to call or chat with an admin. Please only report once and be patient waiting for the admin to come. Treat the admin that takes yourrequest with respect and provide anything that is asked of you.
Valid Clips Must;
If a death is involved those two minutes need to happen prior to death. It can not be a minute before death and a minute of you just lying there dead. We recommend having clips longer than two minutes to make sure you have everything you need clipped.
During a Sit
If there is a large group of people make sure you dont talk over each other, one person should speak at a time. If a sit is chaotic and people are yelling and talking over the admin, the admin who takes the sit has a right to /kill anyone at the sit to take control. Killing or initiating during a sit is against the rules and will be punished heavily. It is not your decision to decide what happens in a sit, Staff are in charge of the punishments. Debating and going back and forth with staff members can and will be shut down.
Note
You must RP with the person or gang or group you intend to initiate on for ONE MINUTE. This minute must have escalating tension and sufficient rp In order to initiate you must VERBALLY THREATEN LIFE. There are many ways to do this and we are going to break each category down fully:
Direct Threats
These threats make it clear that the intention is to shoot and a shootout is guaranteed to happen. After the person initiates with a direct verbal threat they have to wait five seconds to shoot UNLESS the person or gang they threatened acts by moving to aim, rolls with their gun out, tells their gang over comms to shoot or makes any other violent attempt in retaliation.
Conditional Demands
These threats are demands that another person do SOMETHING. You must give that person sufficient time to do the thing you are demanding to do, but if they dont start to do the thing demanded of them within five seconds you are allowed to shoot. If the person complies killing them means rdm.
Territory Warnings
These types of warnings can only be used in territories that are owned by you and your gang, areas where you have control and ownership over the area giving you an advantage in that spot. They are the only threats that do NOT allow the other person to shoot back immediately, because if compliance happens theres no threat to anyone. Its essentially saying, if you take this action you are initiating on me and/or on my gang and we have the right to shoot if you take this action within two minutes of stating this warning. These types of warnings can only be used on having someone NOT do something.
Others ways to initiate
Everything listed below is not initiation;
You can initiate on twitter, but need a total of 10 tweets fighting (5 from each side) and then once you initiate through twitter you need to interact with that person on location for 30 seconds. After you have been together physically for thirty seconds shooting can immediately begin.
Fear Compliance
You must comply and fear for your life if you are alone against 3 or more people. You can counterattack any group if you have 2 of more people.
Im with him
Announcing is required onAXON RP if you want to initiate with a friend or defend a friend.
Kidnapping
A persons hands must be up in order to take them hostage for a kidnapping. A person does not have to put their hands up without a threat of life and threat of life can only happen after a minute or rp and proper initiation. You can attempt to kidnap someone and trick them into putting their hands up, but they are not required to do so without initiation regardless of how many people there are.
You can not kidnap a police officer unless there are five cops online
Any crimes against EMS will be punished as they are walking greenzones.
Alternatively EMS should not approach active shooting scenes or any scenes deemed dangerous when gangs are involved. EMS needs to remain a safe distance away. Approaching a body when people have guns out is not allowed.
Stealing bodies out of hospital to prevent them from getting revived by EMS is against the rules. Once they hit the greenzone radius that person is safe.

Basics
Shooting LSPD
There are three situations in which you are allowed to shoot at a police officer. They are:
Deadly Force
Police can use deadly force rather than a taser under the following circumstances;
Initiation
In order to initiate on pd you must follow the same rules as regular initiation, meaning there must be a minute of roleplay prior to initiation and a verbal threat must be made. Initiation between pd and gangs/civilians counts for everyone involved in the scene where initiation happens.
The following actions are part of LSPDs approved tactics and are excluded from initiation rules: Cuffing, Police aiming a gun, P.I.T manuevers, Grappling
Reasonable Suspicion
If an officer has reasonable suspicion in a situation, they may frisk or detain a suspect briefly with consent under the following circumstances after receiving any type of crime alert in an area:
Probable Cause
Probable cause means that a reasonable person would believe that a crime was in the process of being committed, had been committed, or was going to be committed. Probable cause is enough for a search or arrest.
What police can confiscate
Upon search police can seize the following items if found on your inventory and do not have to give them back to you upon your release.
Impounding Cars
Police can impound your car if its used in a crime scene, illegally parked, in possession of a driver with no license. Please check Postal832, or 294 before contacting the Police or coming to the police station. If LSPD is unavailable then youll have to WAIT to get your car back.
Licenses
These are the items that can be obtained from the front desk of the police department, and at city hall and should be carried by civilians at all times. There are repurcussions for not having these items on your person. These items include:
Robberies
Only one robbery may take place at a time. You must wait at least 30 minutes before robbing the same person or performing another heist. The amount of people robbing a location may not outnumber the number of cops on duty (Ex. If there are 4 cops online you may only have 4 people participate in the robbery this includes an outside shooter).

Gang strikes are a team higher up decision based on large scale and repeated offenses of known rules. Community members are not part of this decision process and can not push for gang strikes and therefore should not ask about gang strikes.
